Cashew nuts unroasted and unsalted
Unroasted and unsalted cashew nuts are packed with vitamins, minerals, protein and healthy unsaturated fats. In addition, they are not only very tasty as a snack, but also make a good topping on a salad or in any asian cuisine cooking. Vegans use soaked cashews to make deliciously creamy pasta sauces or cake and tart creams. This nut is therefore a real all-rounder and should not be missing in your kitchen cupboard or snack drawer.
The nuts contain almost all B vitamins, namely vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6 and vitamin B11. In addition, they are a source of minerals: phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, zinc, potassium, sodium. These contribute to a healthy immune and nervous system.
Delicious as a healthy snack or after exercise for muscle recovery and muscle building!
Our cashew nuts come from Tanzania, where the nut is also grown. The nut is roasted in the shell and then opened. The shell is then manually removed from the nut. Only after this step is the cashew nut suitable for human consumption. Before we can buy a bag of cashews from the store, a single cashew nut goes through many steps, making it a relatively expensive nut.
Our cashew nuts, unroasted and unsalted, are available in carton displays of 12 x 180 grams or 12 x 45 grams.
