Cashew nuts unroasted & unsalted
Cashew nuts, unroasted & unsalted, are packed with vitamins, minerals, proteins and healthy unsaturated fats. In addition, they are not only very tasty as a snack, but also work well as a topping over a salad or with an Eastern meal. Vegans use soaked cashew nuts to make deliciously creamy pasta sauces or cake and pie creams. This nut is therefore a real all-rounder and should not be missing in your kitchen cupboard or snack drawer. The nuts contain almost all B vitamins, namely vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6 and vitamin B11. In addition, they are a source of minerals: phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, iron, copper, zinc, potassium, sodium. These contribute to a healthy immune system and nervous system.
Delicious as a healthy snack or after exercise for muscle recovery and muscle building! Our cashews come from Vietnam, where most of the global cashew nut production takes place. The nut is still roasted in the shell and then opened. After that, the skin of the nut is manually removed. Only after this step is the nut suitable for human consumption. Until we can buy a bag of cashew nuts in the store, a single cashew nut goes through a lot of steps, making it a relatively expensive type of nut.
