Macadamia Melange
Our Macadamia Melange consists of high-quality nuts such as macadamias and pecans, cashews and pumpkin seeds. This crunchy baked nut mix has a full-bodied flavor and is perfect with a beer or a glass of wine. In addition, the mixture is also extremely healthy because no salt or additives have been used. You can also take them to work, school, the gym or as a healthy snack when travelling!
Macadamia nuts naturally contain the most unsaturated fatty acids of all nuts. These fats prevent cardiovascular disease by lowering LDL cholesterol levels. In addition, a handful of macadamia nuts contain more than half the recommended daily amount of manganese; an important mineral for maintaining strong bones.
The pecan is the sweet brother of the walnut and therefore a favorite of many people. This nut contains more than 19 vitamins and minerals, including vitamins E and A, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, potassium, manganese and zinc. The pecan nut does not resemble a brain for nothing: its nutrients have a particularly good effect on your brain function due to the high proportion of vitamin B!
In addition, this nut mix contains two real protein bombs: cashew nuts and pumpkin seeds. This makes this blend great for fueling up on protein after a workout or as a nutritious snack between meals.
