It is crucial for hospitals and health institutions to provide healthy, sustainable and at the same time tasty meals to patients. This speeds up their recovery 

process and prevents malnutrition, which is common among sick and rehabilitating patients. Unfortunately, what is on the daily menu is still very much dependent on personal views of the catering staff, and therefore nourishing, healthy meals that are good for the environment are not necessarily put on the table.
