Walnuts peeled BIO

Organic shelled walnuts are full of healthy fats and proteins. In addition to Omega-3 fatty acids, walnuts contain fiber, magnesium, vitamin E, polyphenols, proteins, potassium, plant sterols, vitamin B6, arginine, melatonin, copper and zinc.

Walnuts are a healthy, tasty snack for in between. The nuts are cholesterol-lowering due to the healthy fats they contain. This lowers blood pressure and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Walnuts also contain a lot of healthy protein, making the walnut a good meat substitute. The proteins are full of amino acids that are good for building muscle tissue. For this reason, it is recommended to eat 25 grams of nuts per day.

You can make good use of peeled walnuts for making healthy and tasty recipes. They are suitable for pies, cookies or in salads. You can even make vegan minced meat by grinding and seasoning them. Enjoy!
