Raisins Sultana (BIO)
Organic sultana raisins – when eaten in moderation – are a good source of all kinds of healthy nutrients. They contain vitamin A, various B vitamins such as B1, B2, B6, and B12, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, copper and zinc. In addition, they are extra rich in sodium and potassium. Raisins are also a good source of dietary fiber, which ensures a well-functioning digestive system and intestinal flora.
In addition, the organic sultana raisins are non-sulphurised, which makes them better for the environment. Sulfur extends the shelf life of a product, but also has an adverse effect on the taste.
