Pistachios shelled
Pistachios, shelled, are very healthy. A handful of these nuts provide you with more nutrients than expected! Pistachios contain many important nutrients, including protein, fiber and vitamins (such as B1, B2, B6, B11, C and E) and minerals (including potassium, calcium, phosphorus, copper, iron and magnesium).
Pistachios grow on deciduous trees. It is impossible to say where these nuts originally come from, but they can be found in many countries. Fun fact: only the female pistachio trees grow pistachios. When the pistachios are fully grown, they are mechanically shaken from the trees.
Peeled pistachios are packed with energy and low in calories (100 calories per 30 nuts). They are healthy nuts that can be eaten during weight loss and exercise. Peeled pistachios can be used in cakes, cookies, chocolate, salads and as a topping for ice cream.
Our shelled pistachios are available in cardboard displays of 11 x 180 grams or 12 x 45 grams.
