Pecan nuts (unroasted & unsalted) BIO
Organic pecans are the sweet brother of the walnut and are therefore a favorite of many people. Together with walnuts, they contain the highest amount of antioxidants and cholesterol-lowering nutrients of all nuts. In addition, these nuts contain more than 19 vitamins and minerals, such as vitamins E and A, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, copper, phosphorus, potassium, manganese and zinc. The pecan nut resembles a brain for a reason: its nutrients have a particularly good influence on your brain function due to the high amount of vitamin B.
You can also use the nuts in cookies, cakes, pastries, salads or simply mix with yogurt, porridge or ice cream. It is also used by vegetarians and vegans as a minced meat substitute in, for example, pasta or meatballs. For this it is finely ground and, if necessary, seasoned.
