Medjoul dates are delicious sweet fruits, ideal for dishes and as a healthy snack. They contain natural minerals such as potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium, so they are not only tasty but also have all the nutrients your body needs. In addition, the dates contain a good dose of vitamins. When you eat 100 grams of dates you get 19% of the RDA of vitamin B6. Dates also contain vitamins B5, B3, A, B1, B11 and B2.
