Inca berries (BIO)
Organic Inca berries contain high amounts of protein and carbohydrates. In addition, the berries are also rich in various vitamins, calcium and antioxidants. Our Inca berries come from Peru. There, they mainly grow in the Andes Mountains. Due to the arrival of settlers of the 18th century, these plants can also be found in Australia, New Zealand and other areas. Incan Berries are also called Aztec berries or golden berries because of their golden yellow color.
The berries are very healthy and have an anti-inflammatory and anti-viral effect due to the high content of antioxidants they contain and have a protective effect on the liver and kidneys. They have a sweet and sour taste and are a very tasty addition to smoothies, yogurt, pies or salads.
