Dried Figs (BIO)
Organic dried figs are not only delicious and super healthy, they have many more benefits. They are particularly rich in fiber, which ensures good digestion. Vitamins A, B, C and K are found in the fig, as well as the minerals potassium, magnesium, zinc, calcium, copper, manganese and iron. Figs contain a lot of energy, which is why they are a good and healthy snack before or after exercise.
The figs have a nice, sweet taste. You can eat them as a healthy snack or add them to your breakfast cereal. Alternatively, use them as an ingredient in a stir-fry for an exotic touch to your recipe!
Tip: are your dried figs hard and chewy? Then soak them in warm water for 15 minutes and dry them.
