Apricots unsulphured
Apricots, unsulphured, are natural and healthy because they are not processed with sulphur. They are therefore darker in color. Apricots are highly concentrated and contain important minerals.
We all know the sulfurized (processed) apricots with an orange color. The unsulphured apricots are less popular. Because they are unprocessed, they are a lot healthier. They also have a dark brown color. The apricots have a shorter shelf life. So finish them quickly!
Apricots are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals such as: vitamins A, B, E, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, calcium, potassium, copper and zinc.
Delicious as a snack, but can also be combined well with yogurt or muesli.
