Apricots dried
Dried apricots, lightly sulphured. Apricots are high in vitamin A, which supports healthy bones, teeth and skin. In addition, it promotes the proper functioning of the eyes. Although the apricots are dried, they are very healthy because the nutrients are preserved.
Do you want to make your own dried apricots? That is also possible. Dry the apricots in the oven on the lowest setting for 6 to 12 hours (depending on the thickness of the apricots). Turn them occasionally.
