Description
Our Let’s Party Mix turns every gathering into a real party! A blend of salted peanuts, sugar peanuts, spiced and coated peanuts, smoked almonds and salted cashews. Something for everyone in this festive mix!
Katjang pedis are Indonesian spiced nuts. The crunchy layer of these “spicy peanuts” that we all love so much is traditionally made with egg, garlic powder, chili powder, flour and oil. For a completely vegan version of the Dutch favorite cocktail nut, no egg has been added to this coating.
Nuts such as peanuts, almonds and cashews are naturally packed with unsaturated fatty acids. These fatty acids actively contribute to lowering your LDL cholesterol and therefore make your heart and blood vessels very happy!
However, this mix also contains quite a few saturated fatty acids, so we advise not to eat it all at once (yes, we have a hard time with that too). Instead, share it with your friends, colleagues or your neighbour. Shared, it tastes even better!
